Performance Management Reporting

As with the rest of our software the reports provided to you at the end of the event can be specified by you. Although all the data can be weighted for the competition normally adopted within the event, all the ‘raw’ data is collected at individual level.

This means that you receive a report which allows you to ‘drill down’ from eg. national, through regional to individual results. All levels of management can receive a report appropriate to their needs, which will aid development of future plans and training interventions.
