Salesforce validation for a major multinational pharmaceutical company. This included:

Product quizzes
Roleplays with real customers
Roleplays with client managers
Quantitative measurement of key marketing message delivery
Other product-orientated activities

Assessment of more than six hundred salespeople:

Personal schedules for each salesperson
All activities tailored to the differing product responsibilities of the various salesforce divisions
Results displayed for each competing team and by product
Comprehensive briefings, event co-ordination, presentations, and results reviews
High energy and motivational atmosphere

Intensive development programme for pharmaceutical salespeople communicating with key PCT personnel. Creation of a simulated business environment allowed delegates to roleplay under realistic conditions in order to practise their customer interactions and achieve progress within these key accounts. This RTRP programme allowed delegates to work in teams and compete positively with each other whilst gaining skills to increase business effectiveness

Management coaching skills programme using techniques which allow participants to acquire and practise coaching skills in a safe yet realistic environment. This programme can also provide the next layer of management with the opportunity to participate and gain valuable insight into their people, thus aiding further development
