In all our programmes we favour the practical approach; allowing participants plenty of scope to try out what they have learnt.

With courses for small groups there is a minimum of presenting from the front, and optimum use of group discussion, exercises, project work, and roleplays. For small and larger groups our Real Time Role Play (RTRP) process will often be used: this guarantees a practical, experiential approach to learning and a direct transfer of improved skills to the working environment.

Our validations are, by definition, practical: they are full of quizzes, roleplays and other team challenges. They can be built to create exactly the right balance between fun and serious work, as determined by you, the client.

Where clients combine a development programme with subsequent validation, the level of practical application of knowledge and skills and consequent performance improvements rise to a maximum.
